By accessing “HONDACLUB UK” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “HONDACLUB UK”, “http://www.hondaclub-uk.com/forum”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “HONDACLUB UK”. We may change these at any time
T H E....R U L E S
1.ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST READ THE "IMPORTANT INFO FOR NEW MEMBERS" SECTION AT THE TOP OF THE FORUM INDEX PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING INTO THE FORUMS. There is important info you will need to use the forum and website properly, and to be able to access all features including the downloads section.
2.ONLY ONE username/account per person.
3.ALL POSTS to be in plain English. No text talk here thank you!
4.STRICTLY NO: porn, no spam, no racist remarks, being abusive to members or using foul language.
5.NO ADVERTISING, unless previously approved by the admin team. This includes banners in signatures, and posting links in the forums.
6.FOR SALE section: 100 POST RULE! New members are NOT allowed to post items for sale in the for sale section, or anywhere else in the forums until they have reached 100 posts. Please do not "power post" (ie: post crap just to reach this level) as this will be spotted by our team. All transactions in the forum are between the individual members, and the team cannot be held responsible for any items bought/sold in the forums, or any disputes. Please keep arguments to emails. Remember, posting articles for sale in our forum is a privelage, not a right!
7.TECHNICAL INFO: all info and details contained within our forums are considered correct, but we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in info that leads to personal injury or damage to property. All tech info once posted is the property of hondaclub-uk.com .
8.ADMINISTRATORS: Site Admins word is final in any issues or gripes in the forum!
9.MODERATORS: Our moderator team check all posts made in the forums. They will, where they see the need, intervine where members appear to be straying from the original topic. This will usually involve a simple "keep it on topic" or similar prompt. Where they deem neccessary, the moderators will also edit/delete posts without informing the poster. In some circumstances, they will delete a post and inform the member why it has been deleted. Admin/Mods will issue warnings to persistant re-offenders!
10.TRADERS: Official traders are requested to only post offers and deals in their own section of the forum. Do not post offers or adverts anywhere else in the forums.
11.WARNINGS AND BANS: The Administrators and Moderators will, where they feel neccessary, issue members with a warning regarding forum conduct. Please accept the Admin & moderator decissions when given, as arguments can cause a lot of bad feeling in the forum. The Admin Team reserve the right to ban any members access to this forum. If a ban is issued, the member will be informed by email, and the reasons for the ban explained. Bans may be temp or permanent, at the discretion of the Admin Team. It is very rare that a ban needs to be given, as our members are a well behaved bunch!

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “HONDACLUB UK” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “HONDACLUB UK” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database.
